New Patient Exam and Treatment

Service Description

This is an opportunity for me to get to know you in depth and for you to describe what you need from your care here. All conditions have a underlying root cause, so we will be exploring the systems of the body and medical history. The treatment is 45 minutes to an hour. The first 15-30 minutes are for the examination and discussion and the last 5-15 minutes for check out, recommendations, and to establish a treatment plan. Please come 5 minutes early to fill out some brief paperwork and bring your insurance card if applicable.
